March
04:12
|
|||
We've shed our tears, said our goodbyes
Sharpened our spears, and forged our knives
Through fields and mud, this growing horde
Will shed our blood, to serve our lord
The old warriors, tell tales of yore
Feats of the glorious, who've fallen before
Each of us wonder, which one will we be
The one who tells tales, or the one who's grieved
But aren't all men, both common and great
Bound in the end, to the same fate
So let us be brave, down to the last man
So we can be saved, and they can be damned

Omen
03:33
|

I woke up this morning, and all was awry
A stone dropped inside me, as I looked to the sky
There's something wrong, with this stormy day
I've got a feeling that go away
Premonitions of sorrow, a vision of pain
Rivers of blood, falling like rain
So I harden my resolve, and stifle my fear
But I can't shake this feeling, my fate's drawing near
There's something wrong, with this stormy day
I've got a feeling that go away
Premonitions of sorrow, a vision of pain
Rivers of blood, falling like rain

Hero's Fall
06:51
|
|||
There was man from our village
Bigger than us all combined
Strength of a bear
And a heart so kind
When we went to war afraid
You could hear our knees shake
Turned to us all and
He said
When the horns of the battle give call; I will be there
When the hail of arrows all fall; I will be there
When you're flanked or your backs to the wall; I will be there
When there's cheers in the mess hall; I will be there
Big man took a spear to the gut
Fell in the mud from blood loss
We gathered there
So hopeless and lost
Before his life's blood fled
He said,
When the horns of the battle give call; I will be there
When the hail of arrows all fall; I will be there
When you're flanked or your backs to the wall; I will be there
When there's cheers in the mess hall; I will be there

Steel and Stone
04:13
|
|||
As I passed along the road that day
Astonished to behold the villages that lay
Burnt husks and charred remains
I could feel those people's pain
And I have been on this road too long, too long yeah
Striving to right what's wrong, what's wrong
But all I have is blood and bone, blood and bone
Bearing my soul against steel and stone, steel and stone
When I see all that is lost
I marvel at the cost
All this goodness gone
But the evil lives on
And I have been on this road too long, too long yeah
Striving to right what's wrong, what is wrong
But all I have is blood and bone, blood and bone
Bearing my soul against steel and stone, steel and stone

Dirge of the Damned
05:06
|
|||
Here we all stand to fight and to die
The odds are against us but at least we'll try
We've lost all hope we'll come out alive
That we'll laugh tomorrow if we survive
So here we all stand, each man one and all
We'll fight together until we all fall
All hope is lost, what's to be is to be
But if I die here I'll take them all with me

Oath of the Unicorn
05:32
|
|||
Something stirred near me that day
A flash of white from its tail and mane
A single horn on its head
Beckoning me from the dead
And as I rose in wonder
I beheld her splendor
I could feel her grace
As the sun returned to my face
So I raised my sword in hand
Said an oath unto the land
That I would fight until I die
To defend what is right
The unicorn then nodded to me
And bounded away gracefully
So I rejoined my fellow men
To take to battle once again

When I hit the field I was like a ballerina dancing through blood
My body and mind fell into balance, and I was one
My advance broke through their lines as boys fled
My fellow countrymen flowed through like blood and we said
Their nobles gave up but it was loo late
The blood of the innocent, had sealed their fate
God have mercy on my foes
'Cause they won't get none from me

Victory
04:53
|
|||
We've shed our tears, said our goodbyes
And left our foes, on fields of flies
Now as we roam, this dwindling horde
Will return home
Our glory earned, will we be praised
And sung about long past our days
We'll raise a toast, those left behind
Late at night

On the Road Home
06:17
|
|||
We say our goodbyes, as the trails split
To the villages and hamlets along the way
So many boys have become men
So many left behind we'll never see again
The war has come to an end
And every man's a friend
Now we've no war to fear
until we gather again next year
On the road home, we've got nothing to fear
On the road home, salvation's drawing near
On the road home, we're thankful for our fates
On the road home, our family awaits
